The glyphs will be used to be determined by the spec. There are few specific effective for PVP as a thief, the crossing of the glyph, but not all.

Glyph of Eviscerate - Increases chance of critical Eviscerate by 10%. Glyph of Vigor - Vigor grants an additional 10 maximum energy. Glyph of bleeding - Increases the damage bonus against targets afflicted with bleeding by 40%.
